To better accommodate Members and provide them with the appropriate setting for their event, we have a variety of facilities available at our 38,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse, each offering a unique environment. Our special event venues include:
Grand Ballroom
With its chandeliers, French doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows, the Grand Ballroom provides a fairytale setting to host your dream event. Spacious as well as elegant, it is ideal for larger events of 100+ guests with a maximum capacity of 275 including a large dancefloor. When booking the Grand Ballroom, the Living Room is included as well.
Living Room
Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, and surrounded by French doors, the Living Room is an exceptional space for smaller gatherings; including cocktail receptions, showers, rehearsal dinners and more. With its cozy oversized fireplace, warm lighting and access to a private covered balcony overlooking the Club's gorgeous grounds, the Living Room is the perfect space for more intimate affairs of up to 60 guests.
Charter Room
Known as our formal dining area on the Member side, and an extension of the Grill Room restaurant, the Charter Room can play host to a variety of special events and occasions. ***The Charter Room is not available to non-Members.
Outdoor Terrace
Take advantage of the Hudson area’s gorgeous spring and summer months by choosing to host your event outdoors at our Outdoor Terrace. An ideal setting for wedding ceremonies, as well as mitzvah ceremonies and cocktail receptions, this space provides you and your guests with picturesque views in a beautiful outdoor New England setting. The stone patio offers plenty of space for guests to gather, mingle, and dance.
