Golf Pro Shop Hours of Operation
The hours our golf pro shop near Metrowest, MA, is open can vary depending on the time of year.
Peak Season (April-October)
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m
- Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m
Off Season (Mid-March, November, December)
- Monday, Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday-Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Golf Pro Shop/Merchandising Service
To enhance the golfing experience for our Members, our golf pro shop offers a full lineup of premium services. Members can access special pricing and receive a 20% discount on certain apparel. Our staff is happy to assist Members with special orders. We will do our best to locate, order, and get the item to you as quickly as possible at a competitive price. Additional services include:
Bag Room
Eliminate the need to transport your clubs to the course each time you wish to play a round by storing them with us. Our secure Bag Room is available for all Members of the Men’s and Women’s Golf Association and is included in their annual PMGA/SMGA fees. Members who wish to store their clubs will be charged a storage fee of $95.00 per bag. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Club Repair
Have your golf clubs professionally repaired by our qualified staff. Our team is available to assist Members with any club repair needs. We perform most repairs on the property. Should clubs require major repair work, we will send them to the manufacturer or our club repair agent.
Demo Clubs
Charter Oak Country Club makes substantial investments in demo equipment each year to ensure our Members have the latest golf technology and equipment available. Members can test demo equipment on the course at their leisure. To ensure every Member has the same availability to demo equipment, we must insist that all demo products be returned the same day and never taken off the property.
Club Rentals
Members or guests who do not have their clubs with them can still enjoy a round of golf thanks to our club rentals. Our club rentals consist of top-quality equipment that allows you to play your best. Anyone in need of club rental should inform our staff when booking a tee time or upon their arrival. The fee for a rental set is $35.00.
Custom Club Fitting
Take your golf game to the next level by getting fitted for clubs specially designed for you and your swing. Utilizing the ES14 from Ernest Sports, our professional staff can custom fit you for irons and woods. After identifying a golfer’s swing characteristics, we can help golfers build a perfect set of personalized clubs that maximize their performance out on the course.
Lost and Found
Throughout the golf season, clubs and articles of clothing are continuously left on the course, range, and golf carts. Members who believe they have left their belongings behind can check the pro shop if a worker or another Member turned in their items. We recommend Members label their equipment so we can return it if lost easily. Members can order labels at the pro shop, and we can place them on your clubs for you. Expensive items, like jewelry, will be turned in to the club office.
Corporate and Bulk Orders
The golf pro shop at Charter Oak Country Club can offer deep discounts on all large quantity orders, such as golf balls, shirts, jackets, hats, and other giveaway items. These items can be custom-made with your corporate logo or design. We can provide more details to interested Members.
