Meet Club Managment

As General Manager, Laura
is responsible for the company's business at both Charter Oak Country Club and Townsend Ridge Country Club. Her straight talking friendly approach always makes interacting with the Club's Office Staff a pleasure.

As Member Services Director Melissa is responsible for assisting members with any questions or concerns they may have including all website activity. She also is involved with member events, brochure, menu and newsletter design.

PGA Class A Member since 1997, Jeff graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1993 with a B.S. in Community Development and has been with Charter Oak since September of 2002. He is responsible for the entire Golf Operations which includes supervising and training all the staff to be an integral part of Charter Oak’s success. Jeff is available for private, group and junior instruction as well as on course game management. Jeff's career best round is a 63 along with a tournament best round of 67.

As Director of Course Operations, Scott is fully responsible for overseeing the entire operations of two courses within our company (Charter Oak and Townsend Ridge County Club). His goal is maintaining the best possible conditions.

Peter handles all aspects of our clubhouse food and beverage operations.
