Jeff Niejadlik - Head Golf Professional

PGA Class A Member since 1997
Jeff graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1993 with a B.S. in Community Development and has been with Charter Oak since Septemberof 2002. He will be responsible for theentire Golf Operations which includes supervising and training all the staff to be an integral part of Charter Oak’s success. Jeff will be available for private, group and juniorinstruction as well as on course game management. Jeff's career best round is a 63 along with a tournament bestround of 67.

James Lafferty - First Assistant Professional

James is a Class A member of the PGA, and also a 2006 graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy. He has been with Charter Oak since 2007.As First Assistant Golf Professional, he is involved in all aspects of golfoperations and will focus on expanding the Junior Golf Program.James offers lessons to all ages and ability levels; he incorporates modern video technology along with training aids with his instruction. He is currently pursuing TPI certification the leading in sports nutrition andbiomechanics.

David Gladding- Assistant Professional

David comes to us from Eastward Ho Country Club in Chatham, MA. He is from Rhode Island and is a graduate of the Golf Academy of America Myrtle Beach, with an emphasis of golf operations and management. He is currently pursuing his Class A Membership in the PGA Program. He has worked with the First Tee Program and will use that experience and knowledge and apply it to our Junior Program.
